Assistance, provided to the potential applicants in finding Swiss partners
The Slovenian institution may first consult the Internet web page of the Swiss Contribution at:
and especially the page "Partnerships between the 10 EU partner countries and Switzerland"
This Website provides a list of Swiss institutions arranged by theme that may be directly contacted by the Slovenian organisation.
The Slovenian institution may also submit a partnership request to the Swiss Embassy. On the basis of this request, and possibly after additional discussion with the Slovenian applicant, the Swiss Embassy may then offer some support to find a potential partner institution.
The template enquiry_basicinfo.doc can be used for such enquiries; it helps collecting basic information.
The enquiry for a potential Swiss partner organisation (= partnership request) shall help to persuade a potential Swiss partner and shall therefore
The applicants shall be free to use the template or to elaborate their own documents covering at least the same information as mentioned in the template. Enquiries can be complemented e.g. by attractively designed presentations of the city, organisation etc. If applicants wish to, they can hand in their enquiry in German or French.
This partnership enquiry and additional useful information shall be sent to the Swiss Embassy in Ljubljana per email: lju.vertretung@eda.admin.ch with the mention: Swiss Contribution, Enquiry for a Swiss partner institution.
The partnership requests will be directed to potential Swiss institution having interest to joint. To find a potential partner in Switzerland is quite time-consuming. Therefore only partnership requests received early enough will be considered. Both Slovenian and Swiss partners have then to elaborate a joint project proposal according to the requirement sets in the call for Partnership Project. Sending a partnership request does not guaranty that a partner will be found. The Slovenian applicant is still invited to continue its own investigation in parallel.
